Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you purchase a UCR or related compliance filing from Pending UCR, operated by AGI Technologies LLC.
Every order placed through pendingucr.com runs on the terms below. You accept them the moment you check the acceptance box and pay, so read them once — they are short on purpose.
The basics
Pending UCR is run by AGI Technologies LLC, a filing-assistance business. Carriers, brokers, freight forwarders and other transportation companies come to us to get a Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) or a related compliance filing prepared correctly and lodged on time.
We are not part of any government body. Nothing about Pending UCR is official — we hold no affiliation with, and no endorsement from, UCR.gov, the Unified Carrier Registration Plan, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, the U.S. Department of Transportation, or any other federal or state office. Filing through us is optional. Anyone can go straight to www.ucr.gov and pay the government fee with nobody else in the middle.
What's included
Placing an order with us gets you:
- a check of what you submitted for missing pieces and obvious mistakes;
- preparation and processing of your UCR or related compliance filing;
- submission of that filing through the official government portal;
- confirmation paperwork once it's gone in; and
- our team's help with questions on that filing.
A service fee covers that work, sitting on top of the government fee — see the pricing section below for exactly how that splits.
Agreeing to these terms
Checking the acceptance box and paying means you're telling us, all at once, that:
- you own the business on the filing, or you're authorised to act for it;
- you're giving AGI Technologies LLC the go-ahead to prepare, process and submit UCR and related compliance filings for that business;
- you're authorising the charge shown at checkout — government fee, our service fee and the card processing fee, added together as one figure;
- you've read this document, including how cancellations and refunds work below, and you accept it; and
- checking that box is your signature, with the same legal weight as one on paper.
We keep a record of that acceptance against your order — date, time, all of it — and can produce it if a payment is ever disputed.
Pricing
Checkout shows a single number. Underneath it are three separate charges:
- The UCR government fee, set by the Unified Carrier Registration Plan according to your fleet size. It's paid to the government and doesn't change based on who files it for you.
- Our service fee, for the review, preparation, processing and submission work described above.
- A card processing fee, which our payment processor charges to run the transaction.
The table below lists the 2026 government fee alongside our combined total for each fleet size. Government figures are set externally and can change:
| Fleet size (vehicles) | UCR government fee | Total payable to us |
|---|---|---|
| 0 – 2 | $46.00 | $164.20 |
| 3 – 5 | $138.00 | $308.70 |
| 6 – 20 | $276.00 | $566.80 |
| 21 – 100 | $963.00 | $1,857.50 |
| 101 – 1,000 | $4,592.00 | $9,291.50 |
| 1,001 or more | $44,836.00 | $77,436.50 |
Government fees move independently of us. The Unified Carrier Registration Plan sets and publishes them at plan.ucr.gov/fee-brackets, and can revise a figure at any point, even mid-year. The table reflects what was true on the date shown at the top of this page; whatever price checkout showed you when you paid is the one that applies to your order. If the government raises its fee after you've paid and before we file, we'll reach out first — pay the difference, or cancel and get back everything you paid.
Whatever sits between the government fee and our total is our service fee plus the card processing fee. Biennial (MCS-150) updates, Out-of-Business notifications and our other filing types are all priced at checkout before you commit to anything.
Getting the details right
By placing an order, you're confirming that:
- everything you've given us is complete, accurate and true, to the best of your knowledge;
- we file exactly what you handed us — nothing more, nothing less;
- anything wrong or missing in what you supplied is on you; and
- we won't be held responsible for delays, rejections, penalties or corrections that trace back to information you got wrong.
Cancelling and getting your money back
Within the first 24 hours, cancel for whatever reason and we send back every dollar — no deductions, no administrative charge of any kind. Reach us at support@pendingucr.com or 1-877-358-9369 with your USDOT number and order details.
Filing turnaround runs 7 to 14 business days from the order date, moving faster or slower depending on document review and how the government registration portal is behaving. If that portal is offline, mid-maintenance, or rejecting submissions for a technical reason on their end, the clock pauses — any time it's unavailable does not count against the 7-to-14-day window, and we file the moment it's back up, since we're watching it continuously.
Once 24 hours have passed, our team is already into your order — reading what you submitted, building your compliance documents, assembling everything the government portal needs. That labour can't be handed back, so orders cancelled past that point are no longer eligible for a full refund. Where we do issue one anyway — our call, a mutual agreement, or a payment dispute — you get back 60% of what you paid, and we keep the other 40% as an administrative, document-preparation and processing fee for the work already behind us. We're telling you this split now, before you buy, and agreeing to these terms at checkout means you accept it.
You get every dollar back regardless of timing if any of the following is true: you were billed twice for one filing; we blew past the 7-to-14-business-day window for reasons that were on us, not the government portal; or the government raised its fee after your payment and you chose to walk away instead of covering the difference.
Refunds land back on the card or account you used to pay, typically inside 5 to 10 business days of us approving one — the exact timing depends on your bank.
If you dispute a charge
Talk to us before your bank — support@pendingucr.com or 1-877-358-9369. Most problems get fixed in one exchange, and we'd rather do that than fight it out through a chargeback.
By purchasing, you're acknowledging that:
- you bought a service — review, preparation, processing, submission and support — not a physical good;
- work begins the moment the 24-hour cancellation window closes, and the service counts as delivered once that work is done, regardless of how far the government has gotten on their end; and
- any refund tied to a payment dispute follows the same rules set out above.
If your bank or card issuer opens a dispute, we may hand over your acceptance record with its timestamp, authorisation logs, IP address history, the forms and filings we prepared or submitted, our message history with you, and your confirmation documentation.
When a filing is finished
We call a filing complete once your registration has gone through the correct government portal, or once we've finished the work needed to get it there based on what you gave us.
A rejection caused by something incorrect or missing in your submission isn't a failure on our part — we'll tell you what needs fixing, and correcting and resubmitting it doesn't put you back into the full-refund cases described above.
What's beyond us
We handle the filing; the government handles everything after it lands in their system. Processing speed, approvals, audits and enforcement decisions belong to them, and no filing service can promise a particular outcome from a government agency. What we're accountable for is getting your filing prepared and submitted correctly and on time.
Staying compliant after this filing
- Compliance beyond the one filing you bought stays your responsibility.
- UCR registration renews every year — staying current in future years is on you unless you order that year's filing from us too.
- We're not attorneys. We don't offer legal advice, and we don't represent you in front of any government body.
How we correspond
By using our service, you're agreeing to receive documents, confirmations, receipts and other correspondence electronically. Transaction records are kept digitally for as long as the law requires. What happens to your personal information specifically is covered in our Privacy Policy.
The cap on what we owe
Wherever the law allows it, AGI Technologies LLC's total liability for anything tied to your order tops out at the amount you paid for that order. We don't cover indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost business, or penalties a government agency hands down.
Governing law
United States law governs this agreement, with conflict-of-law principles set aside.
If we change these terms
We update this page from time to time. Whichever version was live when you paid is the one that governs your order, and the date up top tells you when it last moved.
